勃起功能障碍的血管手术治疗及远期疗效随访

Long term follow-up of erectile dysfunction(ED) treated by operation.

目的 静脉漏性勃起功能障碍的患者行手术治疗 ,并对疗效进行评估。方法 10例患者罂粟碱、多普勒超声仪 ,内分泌及阴茎海绵体造影确诊为静脉漏性勃起功能障碍的患者行手术治疗 ,术式分为“阴茎背深静脉动脉化”与“各类静脉结扎”两组。经 1～ 36月的疗效观察随访 ,结合血流动力学资料 ,对两组共 10例受术者术后勃起功能及性生活恢复状况进行比较。结果 “阴茎背深静脉动脉化”这一术式的疗效为优。结论 经验性地对这两类不同设计思路的手术方式进行评估 ,但须积累足量病例 ,以期在勃起功能障碍的血管外科治疗 。

Objective To evaluate the long term effect of operation treatment on male patients with erectile dysfunction by venous leakage.Methods The 10 cases diagnosed by ICI,Doppler endocrine examination and phamacoangiographic assessment of the copera cavernosa were operated by two ways:varied ligation of penile veins and Virag Ⅱmethod and were followed up for 3 months to 3 years.Results The effect of Virag Ⅱmethod is better than that of varied ligation of penile veins. Conclusion The two operation methods should be further evaluated and more research is needed in the treatment of different ED caused by venous leakage.
