272例无精子男性睾丸与生殖激素测量结果分析

Analysis on the result of testis and reproductive hormones measurement in 272 azoospermia patients.

目的 探讨无精症与睾丸体积、身高、血清生殖激素的关系。方法 用磁分离酶联免疫法测血激素 ,Prader睾丸模型比拟测定睾丸体积。结果 睾丸体积与血清激素呈明显负相关。无精症 FSH、L H较正常人明显增高 ,且 FSH高于 L H,无精症身高不受影响。结论 FSH是预示生精功能的可靠指标 ,而 T/L H比值可作为判断间质细胞功能状态的指标 ,研究认为治疗性活检应更多的开展 。

Objective To study the relationship among testis volume,individual height,and serum reproductive hormones.Methods Hormones were measured by EIA(Magnetic Solid Phase),and testis volume measured by Prader model simulating test.Results The testis volume was negatively correlated with the serum hormones.FSH and LH levels were apparently higher in azoospermia patients than in normal men,and FSH level was higher than LH level.The individual height of these patients was unaffected.Conclusion FSH is a dependable index for spermatogenesis,and T/LH may serve as the index for Leydig cells function.The research suggests that more therapeutic biopsies should be taken,thus the azoospermia patients may obtain fundamental treatment through ART.
