疝环充填式无张力疝修补术在腹股沟疝中的应用128例次报告

The application of Mesh-Plug tension-Free hernioplasty in the inguinal hernia(a report of 128 cases).

目的 探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术在腹股沟疝的治疗效果。方法 采用美国巴德公司聚丙烯网塞及补片对 12 8例腹股沟疝病人施行无张力疝修补术。观察手术时间 ,术后恢复情况 ,并发症及复发率。结果 无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术相比 ,具有手术时间短、创伤小、术后疼痛轻、恢复快、并发症少、复发率低等优点。结论 无张力疝修补术是理想的疝修补术 ,尤其实用于 、 、 型腹股沟疝 ,以及并发心肺功能不全、前列腺肥大的老年人。

Objective To investigate the effect of mesh plug tension free hernioplasty in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods Marlex Mesh Plug(C.R.Bard inc.)was used in tension free hernioplasty for 128 patient with inguinal hernia.The operative procedure time,post operative ability recovery,complications and recurrence rate were observed.Results Compared with the traditional hernia repair procedures,Mesh Plug tension free hernioplasty had greater advantages,such as shorter procedure time,quicker recovery,smaller trauma,less post operative pain,fewer complications and lower recurrence rate and a wide surgical indication.Conclusion Tension Free hernioplasty is an ideal operative procedure for inguinal hernia,and applicable to both the patients with type Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ inguinal hernia and the old at the same time with insufficiency of heart and lung or prostatauxe as well.
