北豆根酚性碱对大鼠缺血-再灌注时大脑皮层诱发电位的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Phenolic Alkaloids of Menispermum Dauricum(PAMD)on Somatosensory Evoked Potential in Rats after Ischemia-reperfusion

摘要 通过动脉夹夹闭双侧颈总动脉建立大鼠大脑不全缺血 -再灌注模型 ,用 PCL ab生物信号采集处理系统记录各实验组 (正常组、缺血 -再灌注模型组、尼莫地平给药组 ,北豆根酚性碱给药组 )大脑皮层体感诱发电位变化 ,以 P1波和 N1波波幅和潜伏期为观察指标 ,观察大脑缺血 1h、 2 h及缺血 -再灌注 1h、 2 h后皮层诱发电位的变化以及药物北豆根酚性碱对其变化的影响。结果显示 :模型组在缺血 -再灌注中 P1波、 N1波的潜伏期较之正常组显著延长 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,波幅显著降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;北豆根酚性碱干预组与缺血 -再灌注组比较 ,干预组 P1波、 N1波潜伏期显著缩短(P<0 .0 5 ) ,P1、N1波幅显著增大 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而与正常组比较无显著差异。初步实验显示北豆根酚性碱对大鼠缺血-再灌注所引起的诱发电位的变化有明显的改善 。 Effects of phenolic alkaloids of menispermum dauricum(PAMD)on somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) were studied in incomplete ischemia reperfusion rats. The rats were divided into 4 groups: the normal control group, the ischemia reperfusion group, the nimodipine treated group, and the PAMD treated group. The rat incomplete ischemia reperfusion model was established by clamping the common carotid arteries bilaterally. Nimodipine or phenolic alkaloids of PAMD were given through external jugular vein. The latencies and amplitudes of P1 wave and N1 wave of SEPs were measured as the indexes by PCLab system of biological signal collection. Results showed that the latencies of P1 wave and N1 wave were decreased significantly in the PAMD treated group as compared with those in the simple ischemia reperfusion group ( P <0 05), and the amplitudes of N1 wave group were increased significantly ( P <0 05). It is concluded that PAMD can improve the cerebral ischemia and ischmia reperfusion injures significantly. SEPs is considered to be an effective technique to evaluate cerebral ischemia and ischmia reperfusion injures.
