摘要 为探讨 TNF- α和 IL- 6在门脉高压中的作用及在不同病因所致门脉高压中的差异 ,采用胆总管结扎(CBDL )术和部分门静脉结扎 (PPVL )术形成两种门静脉高压大鼠模型 ,应用放射免疫方法测定血清 TNF-α和 IL - 6浓度 ,并进行比较。结果表明 :PPVL 组门静脉压明显高于 CBDL 组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,CBDL 组和 PPVL组 TNF- α和 IL- 6浓度明显高于假手术 (SHAM)对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,CBDL组 TNF-α和 IL - 6浓度明显高于 PPVL组 (P<0 .0 5或 <0 .0 1)。提示 TNF-α和 IL - The influence of TNF α and IL 6 on portal hypertension and the difference in different causes induced portal hypertension were investigated. Two portal hypertension rat models were induced by common bile duct ligation (CBDL) and partial portal vein ligation (PPVL) respectively. Serum levels of TNF α and IL 6 were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA) and compared in the two groups. The results showed that portal pressure in the PPVL group was higher than in the CBDL group. The levels of TNF α and IL 6 in CBDL and PPVL groups were significantly increased as compared with those in the sham operated group ( P<0 01 ). The levels of TNF α and IL 6 in the CBDL group were significantly higher than in the PPVL group ( P<0 05 or P <0 01). It was suggested that the roles of TNF α and IL 6 in the development of two portal hypertension models are different.
