脑膜瘤bcl-2,bax,Ki-67的表达及意义

The Implication of bcl-2, bax and Ki-67 Expression in Meningioma

采用免疫组化方法检测 6 7例脑膜瘤组织中 bcl- 2 ,bax,Ki- 6 7的表达 ,探讨其表达与脑膜瘤组织学分级、复发及预后的关系。结果发现 :良性复发组 bcl- 2表达显著高于良性无复发组、不典型组、恶性组 (P<0 .0 1) ;恶性脑膜瘤 bax的表达高于良性无复发组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;Ki- 6 7表达在良性有无复发组间未见显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,不典型组与良性组间差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,恶性组与良性组差异有极显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。提示 :过表达 bcl- 2的脑膜瘤患者预后差、有潜在复发的可能 ;bax在诱发恶性脑膜瘤细胞的凋亡及加速其坏死等方面具有重要作用 ;Ki- 6 7标记指数 (Ki- 6 7L I)不仅可作为评价脑膜瘤组织学分级的客观量化指标 ,也可作为评估其术后复发及恶变指标之一。

Bcl 2, bax and Ki 67 expression was detected in meningioma by using immunohistochemical method to investiage the possible relationship to histological grading, recurrence and prognosis. The results showed that: bcl 2 expression level in benign recurrence group was higher significantly than in benign non recurrence group, atypical group and malignant group ( P <0 01); the expression of bax was stronger than in benign non recurrence groups ( P <0 05); there was no significant difference in Ki 67 expression between the benign recurrence group and benign non recurrence group ( P >0 05), but between atypical group and benign one the significant difference was found ( P <0 05), and there was very statistically significant difference between benign group and malignant one ( P <0 01). It was suggested that the overexpression of bcl 2 in meningioma patients might predict bad prognosis and potential possibility of recurrence; bax was an important gene in meningioma to provocate the apoptosis to accelerate its necrosis; Ki 67 labelling index (Ki 67 LI) was an importanat index not only in the evaluation of histological gradings of meningioma, but also in the evaluation of the recurrence and canceration after operation.
