肾细胞癌尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物表达的研究

Study on the Expression of Urokinase-type Plasminogen Activator in Renal Cell Carcinoma

目的 探讨尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物 (uPA)与肾细胞癌生物学行为之间的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测 2 5例肾细胞癌组织中uPA蛋白水平的表达。结果 随着肾细胞癌分期的增高和转移的出现 ,uPA表达明显增高。结论 uPA表达在肾细胞癌组织中明显增高 。

Objective\ To study the relationship between the urokinase type plasminogen activator(UPA) and the biological manner of renal cell carcinoma.Methods\ The ovalbumin in the tissue of renal cell carcinoma of 25 cases was investigated by using immunohistochemical technique.Results\ The level of UPA was significantly higher with the increase and metastasis of the different stages of renal cell carcinoma.Conclusion\ The expression of uPA increases in renal cell carcinoma, and uPA may contribute significantly to the invasion and metastasis renal cell carcinoma of invasion and metastasis .
