目的 探讨腹腔镜手术在妇科附件疾病治疗中的优越性。方法 总结腹腔镜下附件手术的手术方式及并发症 ,并与开腹手术方式比较。结果 绝大多数附件开腹手术可被腹腔镜手术替代。腹腔镜手术并发症可通过严格掌握适应症、禁忌症 ,熟练操作程序 ,熟悉器械性能 ,积累经验而预防。与开腹手术相比 ,腹腔镜手术具有术中出血少 ,痛苦小 ,恢复快 ,住院日短 ,术后病率低的优点。结论 腹腔镜手术是集诊断、治疗、美容为一体的微创手术 ;

Objective\ To study the feasibility and superiority of the operation on adnexa uteri with a laparoscope.Methdos\ Reviewing the ways of operation on adnexa uteri and the complications and comparing them with the ways of incision of abdomen.Results\ Most of the operations could be made with a laparascope and the complications could be controlled and prevented with skillfully performing and rich experience.Compared with the incision of abdomen , the operations with a laparoscope had characteristics of its less bleeding, less pain suffering, quicker recovery, shorter hospital staying and lower morbidity.Conclusion\ The operation with a laparoscope is claimed to be mildly wounded with diagnosis, treatment together. It will be the best way to treat the diseases of adnexa uteri.
