摘要
目的:评价国产硅凝胶折叠式人工晶体植入的临床效果。方法:50例51眼老年性白内障超声乳化术联合国产硅凝胶折叠式人工晶体植入。对比观察32例34眼老年性白内障超声乳化术联合 ceeon 硅凝胶折叠式人工晶体植入及51例52眼老年性白内障超声乳化术联合 AcrySof 折叠式人工晶体植入术。结果:术后3天,1月,3月三组视力差别无显著意义;术后6月国产硅凝胶组稍低;半年后 PCO 发生率国产硅凝胶组稍高;无明显术中、术后并发症。结论:国产硅凝胶人工晶状体术后效果较满意,术中术后并发症少,是一种可供选择使用的折叠式人工晶体。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jinhua foldable silicone lens implantation. Methods:51 eyes(50 cases)of senile cataract patients underwent phacoemulsification with Jinhua fold- able silicone lens implantation.Results were compared with 34 eyes(32 cases)undergoing ceeon 911A foldable siliconelens implantation and 52 eyes(51 cases)AcrySof foldable acrylic lens implantation.R- esults:The difference of visuale acuity at 3 days,I month,3 months among three groups was not signifi- cant,P>0.05.The severe complications of intraocular lens implantation were not found.Conclusion: Jinhua foldable silicone lens implantation is safe and effeetive for patiens with senile cataract.
