摘要
目的:探讨痤疮患者血清中 IL-1α、IL-6、IL-8和 TNF-α在痤疮发病中的作用。方法:采用双抗体夹心 ELISA 法检测痤疮患者血清中 IL-1α、IL-6、IL-8和 TNF-α的水平。结果:39例痤疮患者血清中 IL-1α、IL-6、IL-8和 TNF-α均值均明显高于正常对照组,且统计学上差异有显著性意义(P<0.001或0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅱ级患者血清中 IL-1α、IL-6水平与Ⅲ、Ⅳ级患者比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),但 IL-8水平高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ级患者,且统计学上差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),TNF-α水平低于Ⅲ、Ⅳ级患者,且统计学上差异有显著性意义。结论:IL-1α、IL-6、IL-8和 TNF-α参与了痤疮的发病过程,在痤疮皮损的形成中起着重要作用。
Objective:To investigate the roles of IL-1α、IL-6、IL-8 and TNF-α in the pathogenesis of acne vulgaris.Methods:The serum IL-1α、IL-6、IL-8 and TNF-α were measured by ELISA.Results: Thirty-nine cases of acne vulgaris werestudied.The average concentration of serum IL-1α、IL-6、IL-8 and TNF-α were significantly higher in comparison with those of controls(P<0.001 or 0.05).The level of IL-8 was significantly higher in patients with Ⅰ or Ⅱ degree of acne vulgaris(P<0.01),but the level of TNF-α was significantly lower in those patients(P<0.01).Conclusion:Serum concentration of IL- 1α、IL-6、IL-8 and TNF-α are elevated in patients with acne vulgaris and maybe closely associated with its etiology.
