摘要目的:了解生殖器官外子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis EM)的临床病理特点。方法:从1999年至2001年两年的常规外检中发现不同器官 EM6例,进行组织学观察。结果:腰2椎管内EM1例,直肠2例,末段回肠1例,肾门1例,淋巴结1例。结论:生殖器官外 EM 引起不同的临床表现,术前诊断困难,确诊需靠病理组织学证实。
