蛋白激酶CK2-β在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达及意义

Expression of Protein Kinase CK2-β in Salivary Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma and Its Significance

目的 :通过检测蛋白激酶CK2 β(PKCK2 β)在涎腺腺样囊性癌 (SACC)中的表达分布特征 ,探讨其在癌发生发展中的作用及临床病理意义。方法 :应用免疫组化SP法检测 4 5例SACC及 12例正常涎腺组织中蛋白激酶CK2 β的表达。 结果 :SACC标本中阳性表达 37例 ,阴性 8例 ;正常涎腺组织中阳性表达 2例 ,阴性 10例 (P <0 .0 1) ;病理学分型及临床分期之间无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :蛋白激酶CK2 β在SACC组织中呈高表达 ,但与其病理学分型及临床分期无关。

Objective: Our purpose was to detect the expression of protein kinase CK2 β in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (SACC) as well as its clinicopathological significance. Methods: The SP immunohistochemistry method for expression protein kinase CK2 β was carried out in 45 cases of SACC and 12 of normal salivary tissue. Results: Thirty seven cases with SACC were positive with the expression, 8 were negative; and in normal salivary tissues, 2 cases were positive, 10 were negative(P<0.01). There was no significance between pathologic types and clinical phases(P>0.05) Conclusion: Protein kinase CK2 β highly expressed in SACC, but was not related to pathologic types and clinical phases.
