摘要
目的 观察强力杀菌消毒剂杀灭微生物的效果。方法 用含不同浓度二氧化氯的强力杀菌消毒剂对悬液中的微生物作用不同时间。结果 5 0mg L二氧化氯的强力杀菌消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌作用 10min ,4 0mg L的二氧化氯消毒剂对大肠杆菌作用 10min ,5 0mg L二氧化氯的消毒剂对白色念珠菌作用 15min ,含 30 0mg L二氧化氯的消毒剂对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用 2 0min ,杀菌率均为10 0 % ;含 2 0 0mg L二氧化氯的强力杀菌消毒剂作用 2 0min ,可将HBsAg抗原性完全破坏。结论 强力杀菌消毒剂具有较强杀灭微生物的作用 。
Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy of Qiangli disinfectant.Method The germicidal efficacy was observed using suspension test.Result The killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Candida.Albicans exposed to its solution containing 50mg/ml chlorine dioxide for 10~15min or E.coli exposed to containing 40mg/ml l chlorine dioxide for 10min attained 100%.The killing rate of spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger exposed to a solution attained 100%.A solution containing chlorine dioxide 200mg/ml for 20min could fully destroy HBsAg antigenicity.Conclusion The germicidal efficacy increased with increasing chlorine dioxide concentration and prolonging exposure time.
