强力杀菌消毒剂对空气消毒的试验观察

Experimental Observation for Air Disinfection

目的 观察强力杀菌消毒剂对空气的消毒效果。方法 在 4 0m3 实验室中 ,室温 18～2 2℃的条件下 ,用 6ml m3 喷洒浓度为 2 5 0 0mg L二氧化氯的强力杀菌消毒剂 ,分别在 5min ,15min ,30min取样 ,经 72h培养后 ,计数细菌菌落数。结果 用强力杀菌消毒剂的实验室的空气自然菌数量比对照实验室分别降低 86 .79% ,94 .4 1%和 93.2 3% .

Objective To observe the efficacy on air disinfection of Qiangli Disinfectant.Method In a 40 m 3 laboratory,under condition of temperature at 18～22℃,Qiangli Disinfectant containing 2500mg/L chlorine dioxide with ml/m 3 was atomized.After atomization 5min,15min and 30min,the number of air bacteria was detected.Result The degradation rate of air bacteria were 86.79%,94.41% and 93.21% comparing with control group.Conclusion The effect of Qiangli disinfectant for air disinfection is satisfactory.
