可变脉宽倍频激光在治疗皮肤血管异常性疾病中的应用

The Clinic Use of Tunable-pulsed Overtone Nd:YAG 532nm Laser in Treatment of Skin Vascular Lesions

目的 观察可变脉宽倍频Nd :YAG5 32nm波长激光治疗皮肤血管异常性疾病的疗效。方法 通过对 348例皮肤血管异常性疾病患者 (男 10 4例 ,女 2 4 4例 ;年龄由 3个月～ 5 2岁 ,平均 19岁 )应用该激光系统 (辅以动力冷却系统 )进行治疗 ,将治疗结果按颜色变化程度分级 ,比较不同疾病类型和不同部位疾病对激光的反应程度。结果 可变脉宽倍频Nd :YAG5 32nm波长激光对皮肤血管异常性疾病 ,特别是草莓样血管瘤和血管痣疗效最佳 ,满意率达 10 0 % ,葡萄酒色斑的治疗效果较好 ,满意率达78.1% ,面颊部毛细血管扩张及下肢病变疗效较差。结论 可变脉宽倍频Nd :YAG5 32nm波长激光治疗皮肤血管异常性疾病疗效较好 ,但要严格掌握适用证。

Objective To observe the results of skin vascular lesions treated with tunable pulsed overtone Nd:YAG 532nm laser.Method The clinical response to the laser therapy was classified on the basis of colour variation on 348 subjects(104 male and 244 female)ranging in age from less than 3 months to 52 years(median=19) and compared by different locations and different type.Result Tunable pulsed overtone Nd:YAG 532nm laser is efficency to strawberry hemangioma and vascular deseases in neck and less efficency to telangiectasis in face and lower extremities.Conclusion Tunable pulsed overtone Nd:YAG 532nm laser was efficency to skin vascular lesions.
