摘要
目的 研制利什曼原虫DNA压电晶体传感器。方法 对压电石英晶体表面进行处理并结合上探针DNA制成DNA传感器 ,在不同的杂交时间和杂交浓度条件下测定其频率响应。结果 在 5h内随着杂交时间的增加 ,压电晶体振荡频率的改变值△f也呈线性增加 ,在相同的杂交时间内 ,低浓度范围△f随被测DNA浓度的增加而增加。结论 在一定条件下 。
OBJECTIVE To develop a piezoelectric crystal DNA sensor of Leishmania protozoan METHODS The DNA sensor was prepared by immobilizing DNA probe on surface of piezoelectric quartz crystal. The resonant frequencies were measured in different hybridization time and for different concentrations of complementary DNA solution.RESULTS The △f increased with the prolongation of hybridization time within 5 h,and an interrelation between the concentrations of DNA and △f was observed in the low concentration range.CONCLUSION The piezoelectric crystal DNA sensor of Leishmania protozoan can be used in the detection of Leishmania protozoan in some circumstances.
