摘要
目的 从北柴胡中分离出柴胡总皂苷。方法 用 60 %的乙醇在低于 55℃下提取柴胡粉末 ,滤液去溶剂后所得的浆状液加入正丁醇 ,在低于 55℃去除溶剂得皂苷粉末。结果 柴胡总皂苷的收率为 1 .1 % ,富含柴胡皂苷d、a、c成分。结论 本法可以从柴胡中分离出柴胡总皂苷 ,并可以保持柴胡皂苷d、a。
OBJECTIVE To separate saikosaponins from Bupleurun Chinese DC.METHODS The powder of Bupleurun Chinese DC. was extracted with 60% alcohol below 55℃.A slurry was obtained following the distillation of the solvent,n-butanol was added to extract ,evaporating n-butanol below 55℃.After the adding and evaporating of n-butand, a yellow residue(saikosaponins) was obtained, and analyzed by HPLC.RESULTS The yield of total sakosaiponins was 1.1% based on powder and total saikosaponins was rich in the content of saikosaponin D,A and C.CONCLUSION This process was convenient to obtain total saikosaponins, and can prevented saikosaponins from degradation.
