摘要
目的 采用RP -HPLC测定氯霉素滴眼液中氯霉素的含量。方法 用YWG -C1 8柱 ,甲醇 -水 -冰醋酸(70∶30∶0 .2 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 78nm。结果 氯霉素线性范围为 1 2 .5~ 1 0 0 .0 μg·ml,r =0 .9999,3种浓度的氯霉素的平均回收率为 97.4 %、97.8%和 98.2 % ,RSD =1 .0 % (n =6)。结论 该法准确、快速、简便 ,可用作氯霉素滴眼液中氯霉素的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE An RP-HPLC method for determination of chloramphenicol in the eye drops was developed.METHODS YWG-C 18 was adopted as the stationary phase and methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (70∶30∶0.2) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 278 nm.RESULTS The linear range of chloramphenicol was 12.5~100.0 μg·mL -1 (r=0.9999,n=5). The average recoveries of chloramphenicol were 97.4%,97.8% and 98.2%,respectively.The RSD of the method was 1.0% (n=6). CONCLUSION This method is accurate, rapid and simple for the determination of chloramphenicol in the eye drops.
