紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定芦氟沙星片含量的比较

ASSAY OF RUFLOXACIN TABLETS BY UV AND HPLC

目的 建立测定芦氟沙星片含量的方法。方法 采用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定芦氟沙星片的含量。结果 紫外分光光度法回收率为 99.6 % ,RSD =0 .5 % ;高效液相色谱法回收率 1 0 0 .1 % ,RSD =1 .7%。结论 两种方法简便、快速 。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine Rufloxacin contents in the tablets. METHODS The rufloxacin tablets were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry(UV) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC),respectively. RESULTS The recoveries of UV and HPLC were 99.6%(RSD=0.5%), and 100.1%(RSD=1.7%),respectively. CONCLUSIONS The two methods are simple and rapid and their results are similar.
