摘要
目的 研究在不同温度条件下 ,胞二磷胆碱注射液与维脑路通注射液在羟乙基淀粉 2 0氯化钠注射液和右旋糖酐 40葡萄注射液 2种输液中的配伍稳定性。方法 将胞二磷胆碱注射液和维脑路通注射液分别加入 2种输液中配成浓度均为 1mg·ml- 1 的混合液 ,放置于不同温度下 ,用紫外分光光度法测定配伍后不同时间混合液中两药的浓度 ,检查混合液的pH值、外观及不溶性微粒变化。结果 二者混合液放置 4h内溶液均澄明 ,pH值、含量无明显变化 ,羟乙基淀粉 2 0氯化钠注射液所含微粒数符合标准要求 ,右旋糖酐 40葡萄糖注射液中微粒数超标。结论 胞二磷胆碱注射液和维脑路通注射液在 2种输液中配伍
OBJECTIVE To study the stability of Citicolini injection with Venoruton injection in compatibility with Hydroxyethyl starch 20 sodium chloride infusion and Dexteam 40 glucose infusion at different temperature.METHODS 1 mg·ml -1 Citicolini injection and 1 mg·ml -1 Venoruton injection were mixed with different infusions,respectively.The concentrations of citicolini and Venoruton were determined by UV-spectrophotometry.The solutions were visually assessed for changes of color and clarity,particular contents and pH also were measured,respectively.RESULTS Thc solution containing citicolini and venoruton was in steady-states within 4 h.CONCLUSION Citicolini and venoruton are compatibile steady-state in two kinds of infusions.
