摘要
目的 研究牛磺酸对糖尿病大鼠主动脉丙二醛、6 keto PGF1α及NO含量的影响。方法 对链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠予以 0 .5 %牛磺酸治疗 12周 ,观察其对主动脉组织匀浆中MDA、6 keto PGF1α及NO含量的影响。结果 牛磺酸可降低主动脉组织匀浆中丙二醛的含量 ,升高 6 keto PGF1α及NO。结论 牛磺酸通过降低脂质过氧化物丙二醛的含量 。
Objective To investigate the effects of taurine on aortic Malondialdehyde MNA,6 keto ProstaglandinF1α and nitric oxide content in diabetic rats.Method Diabetic rats were treated with 0.5% taurine in drinking water for 12 weeks,MDA?6 keto PGF1α and NO level of aorta in rats were measured.Result Taurine can reduce accumulation of MDA, restore the synthesis of PGFI2 and NO in aorta.Conclusion Taurine can reverse dysfunction of ressel endothelial cell Partry in diabetic rats.
