三乙醇胺染毒大鼠对碱性磷酸酶的抑制类型的作用

The Research of Inhibition Type of Triethanolamine the Serum ALP of The Rats

目的 实验测定三乙醇胺对大鼠碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)活性的影响。方法 按照经典酶学方法 ,观察不同浓度三乙醇胺对大鼠血清ALP的抑制作用 ,探讨三乙醇胺对溶液ALP的抑制类型 ,用Dixon和Cronish Bowden作图法分别求出Ki与Ki’。结果 三乙醇胺对溶液ALP的抑制作用属混合型抑制作用 ,其Ki=0 .0 2 4mmol L ;Ki’ =0 .0 0 65mmol L。结论 三乙醇胺对大鼠血清ALP有混合型抑制作用。

Objective To study the effect of triethanolamine on the activity of rat alkaline phosphatase(ALP).Method The inhibition types of triethanolamine on nature ALP was determined by ways of classic enzymatic methods; The inhibition constant Ki and Ki' were given in Dixon's and Cronish Brwden's figure espectively.Result The inhibition type of triethylamine on activity of nature ALP was mixed inhibition.Its Ki=0.024mmol/L,Ki'=0.0065 mmol/L.Conclusion Triethanolamine has mixed inhibition to serum ALP of rats.
