摘要
本文介绍在班组玻璃钢叶片制品生产环节上,引用全面质量管理(TQC)概念,提出了质量存在于每一个工艺环节上,引进以人为主体的管理模式。实践证明明显地提高了制品质量。
Based on TQC, this article indicates that the quality of FRP pro-ducts must be ensured by enery single process of it. And the article uses a good example of blades productioa in terms and groups to prove effective of TQC on it.
