摘要
目的 :探讨低场MRI对半月板病变的诊断价值。方法 :对 4 5例经手术证实的半月板病变进行回顾性分析。结果 :4 5例病人中半月板Ⅱ度损伤 34例 ,Ⅲ度损伤 11例 ,其中水平型损伤 2 9例 ,垂直型损伤 16例。右内侧半月板后角损伤 10例、前角损伤 2例 ,右外侧半月板后角损伤 3例 ,前角损伤 5例 ,左内侧半月板后角损伤 11例、前角损伤 3例 ,左外侧半月板后角损伤 5例、前角损伤 5例。半月板损伤同时伴前交叉韧带损伤 6例 ,后交叉韧带损伤 8例 ,关节腔积液 5例 ,膑上囊积液 17例 ,窝积液 2例 ,半月板囊肿 2例 ,胫骨平台骨折 6例 ,股骨髁挫伤 1例。结论 :半月板损伤易于为低场MR显示 ,且准确性高 ,无创伤性 。
Objective:To study the meniscal findings on low field MRI and investigate the value of low MRI in diagnosing knee injury.Methods:Low field MR images surgically or clinically proved knee injury in 45 cases were analyzed restrospectively.Results:Of 45 cases,34 cases of meniscal injuries were degree Ⅱ,11 cases degree Ⅲ,in which involved 29 level patterned meniscal injuries and 16 vertical patterned injuries.Meniscal injury combined with anterior cruciate ligments(ACL) injury was seen in 6 cases,with posterior cruciate ligments(PCL) injury in 8,with joint fluid collection in 5,with suprapatellar bursa fluid collection in 17,with popliteal fossa fluid collection in 2,with meniscal cyst in 2,with tibial plateau fracture in 6 and with injury of femoral condyle in 1 case. Conclusion:Low field MRI is a accurate and reliable method in dignosing knee injury,especially meniscal injury.
