摘要
目的 探索小肠净化血液的潜力,为治疗肾衰寻找新的透析途径。方法采用狗双肾动脉阻流,静脉输入高渗溶液(K+、Na+、Cl-、Uear、CR、UA)造成电解质紊乱、氮质血症等肾功能衰竭模型。同时,制作全小肠隔离肠袢。定时采集血液和收集小肠液,分别测定其K+、Na+、Cl-、Uear、CR、UA浓度,并比较二者关系。结果 血液和小肠液中相关成份浓度成平行增减。结论 小肠具有较强的清除血液中小分子物质的能力。制作小肠隔离肠袢或短路透析可能成为治疗肾功能衰竭的又一重要途径。
Objectives To explore the purgation potentiality of small intestine on blood, and find the new dialysis method for the renal failure. Methods Renal failure pattern such as the electrolyte disturbance, azotemia and uricacidemi were made by blocking dog' s renal arteries and by inputing hyperosmotic solution(K+, Na+, Cl-, Uear, CR, UA) through vein. to make the. In the meantime, isolation loop of small interstine was made to collect its fluid as well as calculate and compare the density with blood. Results The density of blood and that of velavant components in small intestine fluid rose and full in parallel. Conclusions The small intestine has the purgation potentiality which clear the medium and small molecular substances in blood. It may be a new dialysis method to make the isolation loop of small itestine for renal failure.
