加强大学生心理素质教育的构想

心理素质教育是培养合格人才的基础性教育 ,高校心理素质教育在我国的开展时间还不长 ,在发生原因、机制等基础理论方面讨论多 ,而在实践操作层面讨论缺乏系统性 ,本文认为加强大学生心理素质教育应当从工作角度着手 ,提高认识 ,增强对当前大学生心理问题的重视程度 ,避免头疼医头 ,脚疼医脚的毛病 ,整体构建高校心理素质教育体系 ,在此基础上有针对性地采取一系列有效措施改变大学生心理素质状况。
