毕业设计(论文)是工科专业实践性教学环节中的重中之重 ,本文针对当前毕业设计(论文)等实践教学环节普遍薄弱 ,择业对毕业设计(论文)工作形成较大冲击 ,进行了毕业班一年导师制的有益摸索和实践 。

The graduation design/thesis is the most important stage of practice for engineering student in university.However,it has been disturbed because of the students' earlier job hunting and other reasons.This paper puts forward some practices and suggestions,'One Year Advisor',on how to improve the quality of teaching in the graduation design/thesis.
