摘要
本文用相转移催化方法,高效、成功地合成了DAIP单体。利用DSC研究了DAIP预聚液固化行为,并对其浇铸体及玻璃钢的热性能、力学性能、电性能进行了测试。结果表明:DAIP树脂具有优异的耐热性能、耐水性能,玻璃化温度T_g达240℃,热分解温度达387℃;其玻璃钢在180℃下仍有较高的弯曲强度保留率,特别是该材料具有优异的介电性能。
The DAIP monomer were synthesized in high yield with the phase transformation method;the curing behaviour of the DAIP prepolymer were rese-arched by DSC;the heat,mechanics and electricity properties of the DAIP casting and FRP -were measured; the good heat and water resistant properties,specially the excellent dielectric property of DAIP resin were obtained with the glass tr-ansition temperature at 240℃,pyrogenic decomposition temperature at 387℃ and good flexural strength retention index even up to 180℃.
