摘要
机车走行部轴承的正常工作是保证列车运输安全的前提,文章介绍了一种实时监测轴承工作状况的方法——利用DS1820温度传感器和单片机构成的温度测量系统监测轴承工作温度,与允许工作温度进行比较来判定轴承工作正常与否,有效预防行车事故的发生,并给出了应用实例。
It is very important for locomotives that the bearings installed on the bogie work well.With DS1820temperature sensor and singlechip we can measure the temperature of bearings.Comparing with the temperature which is allowed,we can know whether the bearings work well and prevent the accidents.An actual instance is given.
