三峡水利枢纽金属结构设计的几个特点

摘要 三峡水利枢纽有世界最大规模的船闸、溢洪道及电站。金属结构设备设计遇到一系列关键技术难题,对此通过一系列重点科研攻关和设计研究,并经多次专家专题讨论,完成了各项设计。一、二期工程已陆续完成制造、安装、调试,将投入正式运行。现就设计中的重点如深孔弧形门转铰式水封,深孔、导流底孔、电站进口等检修闸门采用无门槽反钩闸门,泄洪事故检修门及电站快速闸门定轮支承型式选择,电站排沙底孔衬砌材料选择,船闸人字闸门及启闭机、新型套筒式伸缩节以及金属结构的防腐设计进行介绍。 When the biggest shiplock, spillway and powerhouse in the world were incorporated in the Three Gorges project a series of key technical challenges faced the designer of the metal structures. Through extensive scientific research and deign study as well as experts consultancy, all designs for metal structures have been finally hammered out. The manufacturing, installation and test and regulation of the metal structures and corresponding equipment for the first and second-phase works at the Three Gorges project have been completed one after the other and they will be officially put into service. In this paper the key design features are presented such as hinge water seal for radial gates at the middle-level outlets; reverse hook gates without slots used for emergency gates at the bottom diversion outlets, middle-level outlets and power intakes; selection of support types for fixed wheels of rapid-speed gates for hydro station and e-mergency gates at the spillway; options of lining materials for bottom desanding outlets at power station; and anti-corrosive design of miter gates for shiplock, telescopic expansion joints of new type and metal structures.
