摘要 本文探讨了如何调整电厂旋风炉熔渣的化学成分及高温下的粘度性能,将旋风炉对煤质的要求与岩棉对原料的要求统一起来;探索了能把旋风炉燃烧工艺与岩棉的制棉工艺结合起来的导流装置,文章对沈阳热电厂利用立式旋风炉增钙熔渣直接制取岩棉的工艺与装置进行了全面系统的介绍,并分析了该生产线十分明显地技术经济效益. This paper deals with the way to adjust the chemical composition and viscosity of molten slag from swirl type boilers used in power plants, which can meet the coal quality requirement of power generating and input raw material requirement of slag wool production. A molten slag guide device which can combine coal burning process and slag wool manufacturing process alse discussed in the paper. The process and equipment for making slag wool directly using the Ca-added molten slag from a swirl boiler in Shen-Yang Heat & Power Plant are introduced systematically, and notalbe tech-economical benefits obtained from the procss analysed.
