通过对长治医学院科研楼工程的监理实践 ,概述了在工程建设实际中处理好业主与监理关系的重要性 ,并就如何处理和协调两者的关系进行了阐述 ,指出只有形成科学、高效、务实的工程监理体制 。

Based on the supervision practices in the engineering of scientific research building the importance of the relationship between the proprietor and supervisor are described. At the same time the problem that how to deal with this relationship well is elaborated. Author points out that scientific, high efficient and practice supervision system can acquire effective control for engineering.
