摘要
在对高速公路项目商业化、市场化分析的基础上 ,对高速公路市场化融资进行了深入分析。提出了广义项目融资、融资项目单元和资产性方式融资的概念 。
Based on commercialization and market trend analysis of expressway projects the financing liberation of expressway is deeply studied. At the same time the conceptions of generalized financing, financing project unit and capital financing are proposed and discussions for practical operation are carried out.
