讨论了高速公路收费系统中车道收费系统的关键技术 ,从系统稳定、可靠、简单、实用的角度提出了新的设计思路 ,并给出了Delphi环境下的具体实现 ,指出对收费数据完整性、可靠性。

In this paper the key technologies of lane toll collection system in expressway toll collection management system are discussed. And from system stability and practicability a new design idea is put forward. The high demands on the integrity, reliability and practicability of toll data are pointed out, at the same time the realization process under Delphi environment is gave out.
