介绍了利用WINDOWS 2 0 0 0SERVER自带IIS 5 .0建立WEB服务器 ,使用ASP +ACCESS建立内部网站 ,通过电话网实现数据传输。提出使用VBA技术对EXCEL强大的表格处理能力进行二次开发 。

In this paper the technology of utilizing IIS 5.0 of WINDOWS 2000 SERVER and ASP + ACCESS to built WEB server and inner network to realize data transfer through telephone system is introduced. At the same time the VBA technology is proposed to secondary exploit the table treatment ability of EXECEL is proposed to acquire complex sheet.
