凉山州国有小企业占全州国有企业总数的80%以上,州内国有企业的改革应把工作重点放在搞活国有小企业上,要根据市场要求及企业的具体情况,通过多种形式进行改革。

In Liangshan Prefecture,small state-owned enterprises account for over 80 per- cent of the state-owned enterprises.The reform of the state-owned enterprises in the prefecture should lay its emphysis upon activating small enterprises,and should be carried out by different means according to their market needs and concrete conditions.
