摘要
将基于联系度的集对分析评价法应用于电网规划中的方案评价问题,考虑了投资费用、系统可靠性和对环境影响等因素,并利用层次分析法确定各因素的权重。对我国某地区实际供电网的多个候选方案进行决策分析,并与其它决策方法进行比较。结果表明,集对分析评价法能很好地解决电网规划中的方案评价问题。
Set Pair Analysis evaluation method is applied to the project evaluation problem in power network planning. The factors such as the investment profitability, the reliability of system and the influence on environment are considered and the Analytic Hierarchy Process is applied to determine the weight of each factor. A decision analysis on the various projects being chosen for a practical domestic power distribution network is carried out. Comparing with other decision methods, it is shown that the Set Pair Analysis evaluation method can solve the project evaluation problem in power network planning.
