摘要
本文通过对代铂拉丝炉的高温模拟试验,测出了在不同温度下和不同成分的熔融玻璃液中铂钼金属的电动势变化,以及当铂—钼金属间有电子通过时前后的电流变化情况,提出了代铂拉丝炉中存在电化学侵蚀的观点.对电化学侵蚀前后铂合金进行了表面形貌观察、显微硬度试验和电子显微镜扫描微区分析,发现铂合金表面有Fe、Si、As元素的富集.从而对代铂拉丝炉的电化学侵蚀机制进行了进一步的探讨,并提出了代铂拉丝炉的电化学保护方法.
By the higy-temperature model test on Pt-substituted bushing furnace, the electromotance variations of Pt-Mo metals in molten glass at different temperatures and with different compositions, and the electric current variations before and after electrons go between the Pt-Mo metals have been measured. On this basis, the author believes that there is electrochemical corrosion in Pt-substituted furnace.The enrichment of Fe, Si and As on the surface of P_talloy has been found through surface appearence observation, microhardness test and microzone analysis by electromicroscope scanning.This paper also gives the further discussion on electrochemical corrosion michanism and protecting methods for Pt-substituted bushing furnace.
