提高电容型设备介损监测装置性能的意见

Advice for Improving Performance of On-line tanδ Motoring Devices for Capacitive Type Equipment

针对国内 80年代以来投运的电容型设备绝缘在线监测装置存在的质量问题 (如介损监测数据不稳定等 ) ,提出了诸如生产单位保证产品质量、售后服务 ,管理部门制定统一的试验标准、监督条例、运行规程 ,使用单位加强管理、维护等提高介损在线监测水平的措施。对诸如测量原理、电流、电压电路的固有角差、数据采集部分 (包括电流、电压电路、A/ D卡、算法 )的准确性。

On line motoring devices for insulation of capacitive type equipment are provided by some manufactures and has put into operation in the past 20 years. Unsatisfying quality and defect problems are existed in some devices early producd. The production quality and after service should be ensured by manufactures, the unified test standards, supervisory regulations, operation rules should be constituted by administration departments and the management and maintenance should be regularly performed by users. All these are the necessary tasks for improving the monitoring level of dielectric loss factors. The measuring principle, inherent phase difference between current and voltage circuits, accuracy of data acquisitive unit (including current and voltage circuits, A/D converter, algorithm), temperature characteristics of current transducers and the check work before operation are discussed and some suggestions are presented.
