摘要
面临日益激烈竞争的国有银行急需高素质的人才 ,然而在其人力资源管理中的一些问题却导致了人才流失等不利后果。本文笔者通过对这些问题的实践性分析提出了一些对策。
Facing with the increasing fierce competition of talents in state-owned banks,the human resource management denartments don't work properly so that the infavourable result of brain drain comes out in its field.The author puts forward some countermeasures against this phenomenon.
