摘要
土地资源的生态化管护成为土地资源可持续利用的主要目标。从土地评价发展历史出发,利用土地资源学理论,界定了土地生态系统管理的含义是将人与社会的可持续发展作为土地生态系统发展的最终目标,充分发挥不同利益团体的协调能力,由政策、协议和实践来实施的土地资源多功能结构的生态管护。采用景观生态学理论和方法建立了土地资源的动态评价分析方法,注重空间格局与多生态过程。在信息技术支持下建立了土地资源动态评价技术路线,并以干旱区为例进行了3S指标体系的初建。该动态评价方法充分利用较为方便和经济的遥感历史时序信息为土地生态系统监测评价服务。
For sustainable land use,the ecological conservation is one of the main objective. According to the land resource theory and history of land evaluation, the land ecological system management meaning has been defined. It is different stakeholders and society acceptance that are considered through the policies, laws and practices to conserve and improve system multi-function for the ultimate aim of human beings and society sustainable developments. The dynamic evaluation analysis method that is adopted the recent developed theory and method of landscape ecology science has been established which put emphasis on the multi-scale spatial pattern and function process. Based on the analysis method, the technique flowchart of land resource dynamic evaluation supported by the information technique has been selected. The dynamic evaluation methods take the advantage of the remote sensing time series data that economical and convenience provide the land ecological system character, then put forwards the 3S indicators system of the arid region including evaluation indictors, techniques acquiring indicators by 3S, fusion methods for indictors and results interpretation
