摘要
企业所处的区域环境具有空间差异性 ,每个区域都有相对优势因素 ,所以开发利用区域环境是企业形成竞争优势的一个重要途径。本文在分析相关文献的基础上 ,把区域环境与企业战略相合 ,提出了基于区域环境的企业战略理论 ,认为企业应立足于区域环境制定发展战略 ,利用各种区域环境条件 ,形成竞争优势 ,提高企业竞争力 ,并采用企业跟踪调查法 ,对莲花集团进行案例分析 ,初步验证了基于区域环境的企业战略理论的科学性和实用性。
Each region has its own relative advantage that derives from the spatial disparity among the regions. Thus, exploiting the advantageous factors in regional environment is a main way by which an enterprise can gain competitive advantage. By employing the theories of the geography of enterprise and business management, this paper propose a new approach to the study of the enterprise strategy. The approach emphases the role of the regional environment in forming enterprise strategy. This study indicates that enterprise strategy should be embedded in the local environment and its internal resources, and that all sorts of regional resources should be fully used by the enterprise at the same time in order to get competitive advantage. At last, this new theory of enterprise strategy is tested and verified through a case study of Henan Lotus Gourmet Group Co. Ltd.
