Differences in high-tech industrial development between developing countries and developed countries

当今世界 ,高技术产业的发展存在着明显的南北差距。发展中国家应加强国际合作 ,完善高技术产业发展的政策环境 ,提高高技术产业竞争力。

Nowadays, there are obvious differences in development of high-tech industries between developing countries and the developed countries. In order to reduce the differences and to accelerate the development of high-tech industry, the developing countries should strengthen international cooperation and perfect the policy environment of high-tech industry.
