对我国旅游度假区建设与发展的再思考——以浙江省旅游度假区为例

Re-think on the Construction and Development of the Tourist Holiday Resorts of Our Country--A Case of Zhejiang Province

旅游度假区建设在我国历时 9年 ,取得了一定的成绩 ,但也暴露出很多的问题。文章在对浙江省旅游度假区及旅游者调查的基础上 ,客观地评述了目前度假区建设与发展的现状 ,并对一些与度假区发展关系密切、带有普遍意义的问题 ,如度假区管理机构设置、招商引资、建设用地、整体形象。

Our country began to construct tourist holiday resorts in 1992. Although we have made progress, there exist some problems in the management of tourist holiday resorts. On the basis of investigation, the paper objectively comments on construction and development of tourist holiday resorts at present, analyzes main problems and the causes of them, and puts forward corresponding methods in management of tourist holiday resorts.
