Expression of leukemia inhibitory factor gene of decidua from normal pregnant women

目的:探讨白血病抑制因子(LIF)基因在人类妊娠早期蜕膜组织的表达情况。LIF方法:采用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应()技术,对例正常妊娠早期妇女子宫蜕膜进行检测。RT-PCR36LIFmRNA结果:例蜕膜组织均有较强表36LIFmRNA达,平均表达水平为1.314±。0.457结论:人基因表达可能同早期胚胎发育和妊娠维持有关。

Objective: To investigate the expression of leukemia inhibitory factor gene in human first trimester decidua. Methods: By reverse transcription-polymerase chain reacion (RT-PCR), the expression of LIF gene of 36 cases of decidua from human normal pregnancy was detected. Results: All of the decidua specimens had strong LIF gene expression. The level of LIF mRNA expression was 1.314± 0.457. Conclusion: Our findings suggested that the expression of LIF gene might play an important role in the early phase of embryo development and also in the maintenance of pregnancy.
