缺血预处理时心肌细胞β-肾上腺素能受体的调节 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究缺血预处理对肾上腺素能受体β数量及亲和力的影响。期望能为设计药物预处理提供基础资(AR)(Kd)料。方法:本实验以大白鼠为模型,采用放射配基结合实验,测定反复短暂缺血再灌注时心肌细胞膜β的数量与亲合力。AR结果:缺血预处理的反复短暂缺血再灌注阶段导致β数量增加和亲合力下降。AR结论:缺血预处理导致β数目增加及亲AR和力的降低,涉及缺血预处理的保护机制。 Objective: The aims of this study were to detect the regulations of adrenergic receptors during ischemic preconditioning to offer the basic material for designing pharmocological preconditioning. Methods: By using radioligand bind assay, membrane recptors of the heart muscle cells were quantited in Bmax and Kd βvalue of AR pre and post three cycles of 5 min ischemia. Results: The ischemic preconditioning increased βBmax and Kd value of AR. Conclusion: β The ischemic preconditioning increased Bmax and Kd value ofAR, which may be one of the main mechanisms of ischemic preconditioning.
