摘要 目的:研究血管内皮生长因子()、细胞角蛋白()在膀胱移行细胞癌表达及临床意义。VEGF20CK20方法:采用免疫组化法对例膀胱移行细胞癌及例正常膀胱粘膜组织进行、检测。S-P3013VEGFCK20结果:、在膀胱移行VEGFCK20细胞癌表达的阳性率分别为()、(),正常膀胱粘膜例、阳性表达率分别为83.3%25/3063.3%19/3013VEGFCK206.7%()、();与病理分期、分级有正相关关系;与表达有相关趋势呈正相关;有远处淋巴结转移患者2/3000/30VEGFCK20与均呈高表达。VEGFCK20结论:、在膀胱移行细胞癌高表达与癌细胞的增殖、分化及转移有关,可作为膀胱移VEGFCK20行细胞癌辅助诊断、恶性程度评价、预后判断的指标。 Objective: 、To study the expression and clinical significance of VEGFCK20 in transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) of bladder. Methods: S-P immunohistochemical method was used to evaluate the expression of 、VEGF CK20 in 30 TCC of bladder and 13 specimens of normal bladder mucosa. Results: The result showed 、()、()the positive rate of VEGFCK20 in TCC of bladder was 83.3%25/3063.3%19/30 respectively and ()、()the positive rate in normal bladder mucosa was 6.7%2/300%0/30respectively. Statistically positive 、expression of VEGFCK20 was correlated with histological classification and grade. VEGF expression was significantly correlated to the expression of CK20, overexpression of VEGF and CK20 in metastasis of regional lymph node. Conclusion: 、、 VEGFCK20 overexpression in TCC of bladder was related to the proliferationhistodifferentiation and metastasis of cancer cells, so it could be used as a useful marker of supplementarydiagnosis, evaluation of malignant degrees and prognosis for the patients.
