高龄病人行经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)的麻醉探讨

A study on the method of anesthesia in the patients of the advanced age undergoing TURP

目的:探讨高龄前列腺增生症患者行的麻醉安全有效问题。TURP方法:患者例,ⅡⅣ级,观察术TURP103ASA-中经尿道前列腺电切综合征()发生情况及硬膜外麻醉有效性。TURS结果:所有患者在硬膜外麻醉下,阻滞完全,麻醉效果好,其中例发生。1TURS结论:高龄病人行采用硬膜外麻醉是比较安全有效的。

Objective: To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of epidural anesthesia in the patients of the advanced age with BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia) undergoing TURP (transurethral resection of the prostate). MethodsⅡⅣ: TURP was performed on 103 patients with BPH, ASA - under epidural anesthesia. TURS (Transurethral resection syndrome) and management of anesthesia were analysed. Results: All patients were blockaded completely and the effect of anesthesia was good with the exception of one patient with TURS during the period of anesthesia. Conclusion: It is relatively safe to adopt epidural anesthesia for the patients of the advanced age undergoing TURP.
