丙泊酚镇痛用于纤维结肠镜检查的效果观察

Anesthetic effect of propofol in fibro-colonoscopy

目的 :探讨丙泊酚用于纤维结肠镜检查麻醉的安全性和可行性。方法 :选择ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级需纤维结肠镜检查患者10 0例 ,随机分为两组 ,观察组 :检查时静脉推注丙泊酚 2～ 3mg/kg ,3～ 5min后按需追加丙泊酚 1～ 1.5mg/kg ;对照组 :行常规的纤维结肠镜检查。分别监测和记录术前、术中BP、SpO2 、HR、疼痛评分、副作用发生率及总体满意度。结果 :观察组术中镇痛效果优于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,恶心、呕吐和不自主运动发生率均明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 0 5 ) ;观察丙泊酚麻醉后均有明显循环及呼吸抑制 (P <0 .0 1) ;患者总体满意度优良率高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 :丙泊酚静脉麻醉用于纤维结肠镜检查 ,不失为一种安全、有效的方法 。

Objective:To study the safety and feasibility of propofol as anesthesia in fibro colonscopy.Methods:One hundred cases of ASA Ⅰ to Ⅱ grade were divided into two groups randomly.In the observation group propofol(2 to 3 mg/kg) was injected and added at an amount of 1 to 1.5 mg/kg according to the anesthetic effect.In the control group,routine fibro colonoscopy was performed.BP,SpO\-2,HR,verbal pain scores,side effect and total patients satisfaction were monitored and recorded respectively before and after operation.Results:In the observation group,the anesthetic effect was superior to that in the control group( P <0.001) and the proportion of nausea,vomiting and uncontrollable movement were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group( P <0.05 and P <0.005).There were obvious circulation and respiration depression in observation group.The patients satisfaction degree in observation group was much higher than that in control group( P <0.05).Conclusions:Propofol as anesthesia is safe and effective for fibro colonoscopy,and the patient satisfaction is enhanced.
