比索洛尔治疗舒张性心力衰竭的临床评价

Clinical evaluation of bisoprolol for treatment of diastolic heart failure

目的 :评价比索洛尔对舒张性心力衰竭的临床疗效和安全性。方法 :将 5 2例舒张性心力衰竭的患者随机分成治疗组2 4例及对照组 2 8例 ,全部给予抗舒张性心力衰竭的常规治疗 ,治疗组加用比索洛尔 2 .5～ 5mg/d。疗程 6～ 8个月。疗程结束后 ,对比两组患者治疗前后临床症状和左心室超声舒张功能指标改善情况。结果 :治疗组患者在治疗后临床症状获得改善(P <0 .0 5 ) ,左心室舒张功能指标亦优于治疗前 (P <0 .0 1) ,而对照组患者在治疗后亦有一定程度的改善 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗过程中 ,治疗组发生窦性心动过缓 2例 ,头晕 3例 ,恶心、胃部不适 2例 ,乏力 1例 ,无一例停药。结论 :应用比索洛尔治疗舒张性心力衰竭是安全有效的 ,有利于改善左室舒张功能 ,提高患者生命质量。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effectiveness and safety of bisoprolol in the treatment of diastolic heart failure.Methods:Fifty two cases were randomized to treatment group(24 cases) or control group(28 cases).The two groups received the routine therapy for diastolic heart failure.The treatment group were added bisoprolol of 2.5 to 5 mg/d.The course of the treatment was 6 to 8 months.After the course of treatment,the clinical symptom and the index of the left ventricle diastolic function in echocardiography of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical symptom of the treatment group improved obviously( P <0.05),the index of the left ventricle diastolic function was better than before( P <0.01).The symptoms of the patients in the control group als improved to some degree( P <0.01).During the course of the treatment 2 patients in the treated group presented with sinus bradycardia;3 patients complained of dizziness,2 had nausea and stomach ache;1 reported asthenia,but no one stopped therapy.Conclusions:It is safe and effective to treat diastolic heart failure by adding bisoprolol to the routine therapy.It can improve the left ventricle diastolic function and the life quality of the patients.
